Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS. Estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following information carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Camp Tables

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return address and any necessary forms.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include all original tags and accessories. Ship the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

For exchanges, once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us.
